"It was so clean!"

"The bed was perfect after a long day of traveling. Clean. One elevator was working, the other being serviced but it wasn’t a problem since they weren’t busy. The bathroom furnishings were worn, caulk was cracked in between the tiles and there was a little area of water damage. "

"This hotel is a true gem: impeccably clean, comfortable rooms (and their bathrooms even have heated floors), conveniently located near everything, with parking adjacent to the hotel, and staff who are super-friendly and knowledgeable. "

"It is always nice and convenient when there is a restaurant in the hotel/lodging facility. When you are tired from the driving and don't know what restaurants are good in town, it is great to have dining close by. I also like a friendly person at the checkin desk, which we did have. "

"The hotel was overall just fine. The hot tub jets were very weak, but they were at least at a manageable height. The only ice machine was on the first floor. The toilet was normal with the toilet paper within reach (which you would think is not hard to find, but it really is). There were very long hairs both in the toilet paper and inside the clean towels. If housekeeping kept their hair pulled back it could be easily avoidable. The fridge and elevator worked but the elevator had the worst smell...

"We were late from cancelled flight. We were met with alot of resistance and front desk clerk was rude and condescending. (Terry or Kerry); she did seem overwhelmed and eventually was accommodating but not a good experience. Hotel was nice. Airport transportation was nice. Good location"
