"I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size....

"My room was clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful, checked in to make sure my room was okay, and personable. Breakfast and coffee were both good. They had puzzles and games available which I appreciated."

"I've stayed here multiple times and it just seems to get a little worse every time. The shower was terrible. The shower head was so corroded and plugged up barely any water came out. There was also a lot of random hairs in the shower. The beds are not comfortable at all. The pool is always under repair and the "fitness center" is not functional. Unfortunately, it's one of only 2 hotels in town and the other one is worse. "

"The overall staff was nice. The pool on the other hand was tiny and with the amount of kids that were staying the pool was too crowded. I picked this place because there was a pool and HOT TUB, when I got there there was no hot tub like shown in pictures on the site. It had been bricked over. I was severely disappointed and thought it should have been known there was no hot tub."
