"The room had a beautiful view of the pyramids. It was clean. The staff were welcoming and provided me a birthday cake, in which unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to eat it because we arrived so late and were there for a short time and had a lot to do. The staff was so accommodating and served breakfast at the time we requested each morning. They also offered to transport us to different places and offered excursions. We will stay again. "

"Location location, Physically closest to pyramids , Ask for Tawfik for pyramid tour 11000% recommend. He bargained for us to get everything at Egyptian price not tourist prices. Aya at front desk was so kind, Chef Sayed with true Egyptian hospitality. Our drivers Muhammad and Omar were great as well. We stayed for 3 days but will be back again n definitely stay with these guys again. "

"Incredible view of Pyramid from room. Sockets difficult to use without a fight, no socket for fridge or kettle. Room cramped due to 2 beds. Sraff were friendly but service was poor. Food took 1 1/4 hour to arrive in empty restaurant and arrived cold. It was also very overpriced. We were told we could have early breakfast but nobody appeared, which we predicted based on rest of experience."
