"The staff was very helpful and I was impressed with the restaurant. It seemed like a good value. We rented two rooms were on a different floors and it was a little annoying that you could only access the floor that you had a key card for so it was difficult. "Clean room, great location. I stayed here only two weeks prior and had a great experience. In checking in this time, an unfriendly agent told me they had a new check-in policy that only accepted 3:00 p.m. check-ins when it had been noon previously. With the new policy only in place for a few days, I would expect them to honor the exception just once for an existing client. It was her particularly unfriendly attitude that added insult to injury. I was quite annoyed that they changed their check-in time policy have refused to honor the old one that was only"
