Breakfast was good, lots of selection. The staff were lovely! The hot water in our villa didn’t work after 5:00pm and the haman only worked half the time. The pool was very clean and the patio area is huge! This hotel is situated a 20 minute walk from the beach & restaurants. It is 15 minute drive to Naxos town. Be aware that the taxis to go to the beach or Naxos are 20 euro each.

Loved our villa with private pool. Very comfortable and a perfect place to relax. Breakfast was fantastic with a choice of homemade options that changed daily. Limited interactions with staff & that was very transactional. Really enjoyed our stay but lacked some attention to detail.

We really enjoyed our stay at Naxian Utopia! The villa was fantastic and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful to organize transportation, car rentals and make reservations. Special shoutout to Anna for making our stay memorable. Daily breakfast was fresh and included new traditional Greek foods to try each day. Would love to return again next time we are in Naxos.

Decide yourself

Modern, clean and comfortable private villa with stunning views and great hammam. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options and homemade cakes. Nice food delievered to the villa. Beautiful views from the upper tarrace. The negatives: reception and service ladies were unfortunately either not there or very slow and forgot stuff. Also not attentive or friendly. One was carrying two empty plates and two beers and broke one, waiting time for the next beer was 30minutes, one hour until it was cleaned. Also, our booking of additional nights which was made 2 weeks in advance, got cancelled 1 day before our flight, which was really annoying as we didn‘t have time to look for anything new and other options we liked were fully booked. This was very unprofessional and never happened to me before, although I‘m a very frequent traveller. It‘s a nice place, but with so much chaos in the planning, that you can‘t even trust the booking confirmation, in this price range, is a no go. This made us choose from still available options on the go :/ There is nothing in the walking distance, so you need own transport or take the bus. A walk to the next village and beach looked quite dangerous (no sideways).

The staff was top notch. They went out of their way at every instance. Such warm people and very accommodating. We went in early October so a bit windy but we still had a relaxing stay. The spa was wonderful!

Breakfast was outstanding… lots of variety, changed daily and all homemade. Having our own pool was wonderful and staff so helpful. The pick up from the port was appreciated. The room was great although lacked some storage and a sunken bath not that practical with kids. The walk down to shops/beach/restaurants wasn’t great (can’t do in the dark) but was only 10 minutes. It’s €15 in a taxi or €2 each on the bus. Chora easily accessible by bus. We really loved this place.

Super schöne Unterkunft mit nur 9 Zimmern. Tolle Einrichtung, toller privater Pool und Terrasse. Wir waren in der Spa Suite 1 die definitiv den größten Außenbereich und am längsten Sonne hat. Das personal ist super freundlich. Was uns etwas gestört hat ist die Überempfindlichkeit Corona gegenüber. In ganz Griechenland wird keine Maske mehr getragen etc aber im Hotel muss sich beim Frühstück Plastik Handschuhe angezogen werden Maske. Leider war das Frühstück auch eher ein Witz. Eierspeisen wurden schon alle vorbereitet und liegen in einer Vitrine. 9 verschiedene Kuchen. Kaffe kommt per Knopfdruck aus woken Automat. Bei so einem Hotel mit nur 9 Zimmern hätte ich anderen Frühstücksservice erwartet. Frischer Kaffee, frisches Essen zb Eier auf wusch zubereitet. Trotzdem hatten wir eine schöne Zeit und würden es weiterempfehlen

Great stay!

We went to Naxian Utopia for a full week on holiday. The place is very quiet and calmed, having your own pool is amazing. The hotel is close enough to the beach to go walking, but there are no proper sidewalks for it, so it may be risky to do it at night, better to rent a car. The only thing that could be improved is that our room was next to the kitchen and in the mornings there was some noise of the washing machine or the dishwasher, but all the rest was very nice.

Tolle Villas, sehr ruhig, in der Mitte vom Zentrum und Strand, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Ideal für ein paar Tage in Naxos. Wir würden wieder hier buchen.

Un poco retirado de el puerto , pero cerca de la playa como 15 min caminando. El personal normal sin llegar a ser amables . Desayuno bien , esperaba un poco más por los comentarios que había leído . Lindas villas, limpias y cómodas , agua de la al Érica súper fría . Hay que rentar coche si quieres conocer la isla.

Friendly staff, big place, good breakfast, close to grocery store and beach. They arrange transportation to and from the sea port or airport which i like. I still recommend getting a car if you are comfortable driving. I found it very useful for my many trips. The room NEEDS a microwave though - this is very important!
