"Excellent customer service. Our room was cleaned and made twice, towels were changed twice daily. Room is spacious and nicely decorated. The most comfortable bed& pillows on earth. Enjoyed sparkling swimming pool. Breakfast is unbelievable with the amount of delicious food and choices. They really spoiled us. "

"I'm not sure how this place has such rave reviews, it is pretty average Don't come here if you want to use the facilities - we tried to use the gym but it was hotter than a sauna in there every time. You have to ask for the air conditioning to be turned on (the remote is kept in the office next door), but it is already so hot in there that the air con does nothing. Even after 20 minutes, my treadmill said it was still 37 degrees in there! I had to stop as it was just too hot. Not sure why they can't just keep it a cool temperature so it's actually usable. As for the pool, it is much smaller than photos, there's nowhere to sit next to it and it's next to a huge kids play area - not exactly relaxing We were also disappointed in the food - the breakfast choice is enormous, but not particularly nice, the bread was stale and fruit wasn't fresh (we wondered if it was leftover from the before, since there's so much food it can't all be eaten). Staff are friendly enough, and rooms are a good size but it is 3 star at best. "

"Brand new hotel! We were one of the first guests. Front desk, Tam and Quan, took care of all our needs. Their Restaurant presented delicious food served by Dylan and Rick. And Bao greeting us at the front door. The Gym is fully equipped and new. Also, liked drinking wine is the Lounge Bar. We already have reservations for next year. Aloha"

"I have been travelling in South East Asia for 2 months and I can honestly say that this was one of the most pleasant places I’ve stayed, particularly given the amazingly good price and the incredible location right next to the entrance to the Imperial City. The hotel is modern, the room is spotless and smells nice, the staff are nice and helpful, the furnishings are new, the TV, shower and AC work well, it’s quiet and breakfast is provided (good coffee!).
