InterContinental Washington D.C. - The Wharf by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"From the moment I arrived, the experience was exceptional. The valet and hotel staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with my bags and ensuring everything was taken to my room seamlessly. Check-in was quick and easy, and every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and welcoming.
My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a room featuring a Juliette balcony. The views of The Wharf and the DMV area were absolutely breathtaking—perfect for relaxing and taking it all in.
The hotel’s location is unbeatable, with walking distance access to some amazing restaurants and attractions along The Wharf. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way. This was truly a five-star experience, and I would absolutely stay here again."
"All good, except parking. You might get lucky and grab one of the few spots out front, pay for overnight garage parking (which can cost almost as much as the room), or take your chances and risk a ticket or tow. To be fair, to be faaair…, the hotel did disclosure that there is no parking available. "
"I didn’t eat breakfast. But the front desk staff and bar service was awesome. My toilet was stopped upon arrival and I called down to have it fixed and they sent someone up right away. "
"The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. As someone from out of state visiting for sightseeing I was impressed by how helpful their advice was. Made my trip easier and more enjoyable!!"
"yes to both however service at breakfast was very slow and the seating in lobby was always crowded during our 3 day stay but loved the hotel and would recommend"
"We had a late check-in and front desk very helpfull. I requested two rooms side by side thru Expedia and was not clear to hotel. She was able to accommodate the request. The staff was kind, clean rooms and very informative on guiding us to dining and city landmarks. Will stay again. Great experience. "
Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. – Convention Center
10/10 Excellent
"Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Clean hallways, no noise, no one running around or messy, clean room, and personalized tv greeting. Hotel lobby was PACKED. As if I were walking through a party. People everywhere. No events happening, just people checking in and checking out. Very helpful staff, no long lines, great open bar, and breakfast. Apparently a very popular hotel. Glad I booked early. "
