"Looks are deceiving. It is not well kept like the pictures. Staff did not clean rooms thoroughly nor did they give us clean towels or make beds. We found holes in linen to include the shower curtains. The pool never opened even when we were told it would be."

"This is most certainly an aged hotel. It has potential because of its location, but it is well past it's prime. Furniture is very worn and the hallways are dated. Cleanliness was just ok and I found someone else's hair in my shower. I would choose a more updated hotel next time."

"Terrible place. As we walk into the lobby the heavy smell of marijuana hit us on the face and followed us all the way to the 4th floor. We had to switched rooms because the a/c didn't work. The kitchenette was completely bare, not even a spoon. Then in the way back from Walmart, we see 3 police vehicles at the front entrance, one cop went inside the building, another one taking an stament front a woman. "Staff was friendly but housekeeping needs to be more careful, I found our door was left wide open when they entered to replenished our towels while we were out and we returned to our door open. Front desk can have better communication we had to wait a while to get a room after checking and find out we were on the top floors and the elevator was out of service for the first couple of days we were there until the last day it was worked on after being told it would work by the end of our first...
