Falta um pouco de infraestrutura

Achei as acomodaçoes bem basicas, inclusive um item que achei bem abaixo foi o estacionamento que é minusculo e quase sem condições de manobra além de que não existir elevador para chegar no local. Os quartos são regulares.A wifi não chegava ao quarto em que estavamos, tinhamos que ir até a sala de jogos ao lado da piscina.

Olá, Gosto bastante desse hotel! Sempre me hospedo. Próximo a tudo em Ponta negra, 10 minutos de caminhada ao morro do careca. Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã maravilhoso e com variedades. Recepcionistas, Camareiras maravilhosas e gentis. Com exceção do garçon Lindemberg, vi uma reclamação ao chegar no hotel de um hospedi a respeito do mesmo. A recepcionista ruiva. Realmente em passei pela mesma situação. Já era mais de 10h. pedi um drink e um picolé para minha filha o mesmo falou que estava ocupado arrumando às bebidas. Passei mais de 2 horas na piscina vi várias reclamações e o mesmo em momento algum disposto em ajustar. Fora por várias vezes o mesmo não se encontrava no local. Deixando o bar sozinho. Totalmente rude e sem paciência. Nota 0 para o atendimento dele e para sua empatia ao próximo. Diferente do outro garçon moreno. Gentil, educado, prestativo.
