"After discharge from hospital after an accident we checked in (both on crutches). Darius at the counter went above and beyond to help us get our things to an accessible room. He was thoughtful, courteous and offered assistance if we needed anything. I would stay there again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. "

The gentleman that checked me in was very good, including having me check the phone worked (it didn't) so that my 530am wake up could be done by knocking on the door (it wasn't unfortunately) the facilities were clean. The ac unit was old and missing button covers it did work, albeit a bit noisy. The airport shuttle was right on time. Other than being glad I had set up multiple alarms on my phone, I was satisfied. "
