Good breakfast. Bed firm but comfy. Strong shower and nice toiletries, although shampoo and conditioner smelled odd. Main issue was room readiness and amenities - we were told our room was not ready on arrival and would have to be cleaned, but then it was magically ready in five minutes. Room looked clean but there was no blackout curtain, with a room facing the parking lot. So we had to go out and buy sleep masks to get a good night’s sleep. Other than issue with check in, staff was nice. Wouldn’t stay at hotel again though due to issues

Property is great. New, pet friendly, nice lobby, clean room. Its the other guests. Up after 2am, cackling like a which all night. No consideration for others trying to sleep... Walls are thin, kids jumping and running .

This was our first stay at a Tru hotel. We were quite surprised at the lounge area and the area with a pool table. Very good to know for future reference. Beautiful, brand new hotel (or seemed to be anyway). Our stay was very relaxing, aside from someone next door making a bunch of noise. We, however, were so exhausted we fell fast asleep anyways.
