The hotel is nice and staff were friendly. I didn’t like the parking situation. The only convenient option was valet parking, which they charged $60 for. Considering the price of the room and that you have to find some other place to park near the hotel if you don’t choose valet, I thought that was too much.
We waited over 20 min to pick up our car when we left. You have to wait in a garage at the hotel to get your car, which is a small area. Cars get lined up and you have to wait for the cars in front of you to leave before you can. Some of the people weren’t even there to pick their car up, so empty cars were just sitting there, blocking others from leaving. There is an app you use to request your car, so people ask that aren’t even in the valet area. Best bet if you stay here is to find a garage to park in, if you want to leave quickly and easily. This wasn’t an option for us, as I have a bad knee.
