"The hotel was conveeniently located just off Interstate 65. The room was very clean. It had a kitchen with a stove, microwave and fullsized refrigerator with an ice maker. Check in and check out were quick and efficient. I would definitely stay there again."

"This was my first time staying at the Gilmore Hotel and using an app for check-in. At first, I was a little unsure, but it was actually very easy once I downloaded the app. The parking is convenient, but it does cost $40 per day. My tip: make sure you complete your check-in and get your parking code first. The hotel itself is a really cute boutique hotel with lots of character. One of the best things is the location—there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking...

"My friend accidentally left his small bag in the entryway and it was retrieved by housekeeping and turned in at the desk. It saved us a lot of distress and time in trying to track it down and replace items. Thank goodness for their professionalism!"

"Cons: We waited 1.5 hrs for check in cuz the room wasn’t ready as did other guest we sat with. That sucks after travelling all day. The room reeked of smoke. Asked for air freshener but never got any. The trains were somewhat bothersome. The furniture was extremely dirty. The bar was never open. A/C kept reverting to 64 so had to adjust it all the time. Pros: beds were good. Location was good. Large room if you get the 2 bedroom unit. Liked the walk in shower. All in all we wouldn’t stay there...
