"The B&B is on a quiet street very close to downtown AND to beautiful pickle ball courts. Couldn’t be better situated. It’s in a few houses, each with kitchens, living rooms, etc. Breakfast was extra. Room was clean and comfortable."

"This was our second stay here & there’s a reason for that…It’s AMAZING! The location is so close to everything. The staff were all SUPER FRIENDLY & courteous. The rooms are well kept & clean. We will continue to stay here for all our trips to Blacksburg!"

"This place was exactly what I was looking for I was traveling and need a place to sleep overnight. It was nothing fancy but it was super clean wonderful customer service I could not have been happier and the price was great we'll stay again do not stay in Beckley come on down to Princeton it's worth a drive and most of the Beckley hotels the staff are so rude. But the staff here was excellent"

"Well maintained, staff were very couteous and mini golf was quite fun. We stayed in the farm house that can accomodate upto 12 guests (4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms), the house was decorated with antique/rusty tools that gave it a unique character,kids loved it!! Overall it was a fun experience."

"Eco note - use individual cutlery at breakfast not the wasteful pack of knife fork spoon S&P and napkin. Very wasteful. "
