"On arrival our room was upgraded. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large, nicely decorated, well appointed and spotless. The view of Temple Concordia was unobstructed and fantastic. It was nice to buy the site tickets at front desk and use their private entrance. Restaurant was nice, but VERY expensive-cheeseburger $35euro, soup$20, gelato $20. "

Camera spaziosa, frigobar, materasso comodo h.24 circa anche se per scelta di "design" posizionato un po basso (abbiamo un età...). Doccia molto ampia, bagno moderno e comodo. Climatizzatore (che non abbiamo usato perchè la camera è esposta al sole la mattina e nel pomeriggio, con serranda alzata e zanzariera giù entrava un bel fresco). "Service könnte verbessert werden. Teilweise könnte die Motivation der Mitarbeiter, sowie auch an der Vergesslichkeit beim bestellen gearbeitet werden. Auch wenn wir das Ungleichgewicht in der Behandlung von Kunden wir vermuten, dass die schon öfters da waren besser behandelt und bevorzugt werden. Dies gilt aber nicht bei allen Mitarbeitern."
