"Staying at Daphne house is a must. First, other reviews are 100 correct, as this property is superbly clean, decorated, and taken care of. There is even a lift for accessability. "Stayed for 3 nights in a sea view room. Everything was clean, fresh and as new, and we had our own terrace with a lovely view towards the coast. The rooms are situated up a steep hill, but otherwise was conveniently close to the main strip via Atenae in the heart of the old town. Violetta went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us with all the information we needed to see the best of Agrigento. Would highly recommend."

"The room and gardens are absolutely beautiful! It is very quiet and serene, and very special to stay in a room literally built against a cliff face. The minibar was well stocked, and prices were reasonable. The view to the Roman buildings is impressive during the day and at night as they are illuminated. A very easy walk into town, and the host have us several recommendations for restaurants. We are at Sal8, which was delicious and very busy/popular, so make sure to book!"
