"I was not happy about the place as it failed when attempting to check-in. 1st) check-in is listed as 3PM, so I arrived slightly after 3PM and no one was at the place to allow check-in. 2nd) They only communicated thru Hotels.com app and I couldn'tr check in till 6PM. 3rd) The room's AC only works when you insert their key, but when you leave for dinner, the AC turns off (not smart when temps were very high 4th) at check-in, we were told breakfast was no included despite it saying on Hotels.com...

"Best stay I’ve had in Italy! The staff was super helpful and attentive. The rooms were spotless. The whole resort was spotless. The workers were constantly keeping veering up to date. The pool had a beautiful view of the valley of temple. There was a swim up bar at the pool. Loved the hotel and staff!"

"Pros: -The room was very clean and included a small patio. They offered a daily cleaning service. -The breakfast was tasty. You have to pay extra, but it’s worth the money. -The staff is friendly. Cons: -There’s no pool. On the website, it looks like there is a pool on the property, but that photo is from the deluxe room and it’s a jacuzzi. However, they are building a pool that could be ready in 2027. -The roads around the property are tricky. When I drove to nearby beach in San Leone, my car got stuck on the steep hill near the hotel. Don’t take that road! -On the website, it said our double room could sleep 3. There is only one double bed and nothing else. This room is small and can only sleep 2. -A bit pricy for one small room that is not even on the beach."

"We were beyond happy to have stayed at such a lovely property with an equally special staff!!! They were fabulous from start to finish…Organized drivers…Took care of everything…Provided a spectacular breakfast with more items than I can mention…And the AC - quite perfect in what was a heat wave!!! We TOTALLY encourage a visit but book for more than one night as it’s perfect!!!"
