Inn at Pelican Bay
The front staff check in needs to be more professional. There was some confusion with my bill and I was respectfully asking for explanation on the breakdown. Greg jumped in and was very rude and confrontational. Besides this poor experience the hotel was nice and what I thought for the price.

Margaritaville Beach Resort Fort Myers
Parking was easy- however there is an automatic vallet parking system that I missed. The daily charge is like $50 for it.
