"We had a beautiful suite at the hotel. All staff and guest services were exceptional. The downside is the location of the hotel. It is across the street from the main train terminal which unfortunately had a fair amount of homeless/beggars. There was a good police presence however the location took away from our experience of the hotel. The other challenge we had was the taxi services. "Located in one of the best locations in Naples, right by the sea surrounded by nice restaurants and bars. Breakfast at the roof top terrace is a must do in Naples, overlooking the sea and Mt V. Highly recommended! "

"The staff are incredibly helpful and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay super comfortable. The facility is clean and classy. The roof top is perfect - it has shade and comfortable places to lounge. My son and I are grateful they let us check out and still use the roof top and spa while we waited to go to a concert close by! It was perfect!"

"Even though it is located in a busy street it is very quiet inside. Very close to popular city attractions, dinning, and easy transportation. Giani, the hotel manager, is very helpful and polite. "
