Perfect location for visiting the ruins. Only a few minutes walk to Pompeii train station if you want to go to Herculaneum and 10 mins walk to Pompeii Scavi train station if you want to visit Sorrento. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend

The hotel staff at reception, cafe and manager were friendly and attended to any questions/concerns we had, very good can't fault them. Some staff in the restaurant were not attentive at the bar and were not welcoming, not even a smile from many. Over all the hotel was comfortable, clean and the food was good, room was good, very comfortable. Would go back again.

Check in was great. Very efficient and fast and the front desk is pleasant. We have a view room of pompei but the outside is getting renovated which we didn't know and there's no view and can't use the balcony. The decor and style is dated but the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean and good. This hotel is located to a very close and less popular gate to pompei and a short walk to three restaurants and piazza.

The hotel is in great location to Pompei Ruins entrance which is just across the road. The breakfast is really nice and the staff really helpful. Only downside is other guests coming back to their rooms late at night being noisy.

Hotel delivery sole - ideal for a stay in pompeii

Very friendly staff, ideally situated across the road from the entrance to the pompeii ruins. Breakfast provided was good, hot food and cold. The manager was in the breakfast room each morning greeting the guests- a nice touch. Would highly recommend

Ideal for visiting Pompeii

Stayed at this hotel for its location to one of the entrances to Pompeii. Its absolutely ideal for this. Lots if restaurants in the area. The room is clean and functional and the staff are polite and friendly. Got A/C in the room which is great
