Excellent service by Armando. Hotel is across from Naples train station, very convenient. Outside area is quite noisy but not hotels fault. Felt very safe inside hotel. Cleaning staff was amazing, very clean unit.

It's Good

There was noisy construction or something going on till midnight and started again by 7am. Wasnt a horrible issue, but it was what it was. This is my second year to stay here and ill do it again. Great location for arrivals and departires by rail.

Good experience. Expected the neighborhood to be a bit rough, near the train station, but wanted a nice, clean, affordable option for a one night stay. This fit the bill perfectly. Host very responsive.

Very convenient, nice rooms and friendly staff

Very convenient for the station and the room was great. Really helpful and friendly staff who went the extra mile. Like previous reviews I agree the area around the hotel entrance wasn’t nice but it was so easy to find and nice when you were in it didn’t matter. It was perfect for a stop over and good value for money.
