"Gorgeous waterfront views, cool docks for tanning and swimming. The tv in Our room had only a couple of English speaking channels and no internet tv. Additionally the thermostat was difficult to work and kept going back to the default temp- also very small awkward view of only the pool"

The location is perfect—as are the breakfasts and the cleanliness—but above all, I recommend it for the staff; they are incredibly friendly and provide high-quality service. Staying there was a dream, and they exceeded my expectations—from the breakfasts right by the sea to their assistance with booking reservations for Capri and other destinations. "Before we even arrived the staff helped to organise flowers, fruit, and sweets in our room as a surprise for my wife. Accompanied by both a personal message from myself and another from the hotel. The room is immaculate. Lovely towels refreshed twice a day, the breakfast and evening food is both diverse and delicious. "The Belair is one of he most gorgeous hotels we have stayed at. Our room had an amazing view of the Sorrento coast, the breakfast was fantastic and the service all around was indeed 5 stars. The location was just a short walk out of town, but I would recommend this location for your stay as it gives you the views as you sit higher above the coast."
