"You do not want to stay here. Worst hotel experience ever. I checked in late. After 9 pm, you have to call ext. 500 to get any help. Unfortunately, when you dial 500, it goes to a call center in India or somewhere else. It takes several minutes for them to figure out where you are and who to contact locally. Then they finally connect you with the front desk guy who hides behind a garage like door covering up the front desk. When I finally got to my room, I noticed a roach crawling across my door. The room was 60 degrees with the AC unit blasting cold air. I tried to turn on the heat, and it didn't work. My TV remote also didn't work. I noticed that when the room warmed up, it smelled. They put me in a handicap room, which I did not request. The shower head was just hanging on a hose. There was no place to hang it. I requested a different room, they told me that it had to be another handicap room. If I wanted a regular room it was a $400 up charge. Truly a terrible excuse for a hotel. Run don't walk away from this hotel."

"The resort had a lot to offer. The front desk clerk, Nika, went over everything in detail so we knew how to enjoy our stay. We took advantage of the pool facilities, which were a little walk down the street but shuttles were available from the hotel. We had some salads at the pool and they were delicious. We ate at the blackbird Asian restaurant and the service there was impeccable Josea and Savannah provided some of the best service we’ve ever received, and the food was delicious as well. We were there for happy hour and tried all the appetizers on the menu as well as the orange chicken, delicious. The room itself was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was very nice. We had a two bedroom suite which was an upgrade from what we booked. It was very convenient (short drive, shuttles are also availabl) to the fifth Avenue shops and restaurants as well as other parks and beaches nearby. Hope, the concierge assisted us with finding a great shark’s tooth beach as well as reservations to blackbird. We enjoyed the fitness facility with free weights and some workout equipment."

"This was our 3rd time staying at the Bayfront. We always enjoyed but this time they hit us with a $40 parking fee and most of the time there was no parking. It was a turn off."

"Room was clean and spacious , I didn’t figure out u til the second night that I could draw down a shade to darken and block light out of the room. The bed was not comfy at all. It was tough on our backs. The bedding was wonderful but the bed took a toll on us. Breakfast was ok, eggs were wet, potatoes were room temp. Location was great. "Very noisy in the rooms. No electrical outlets to plug cell phones. Internet hard to use & password not provided. Coffee shop is the only place for breakfast..45-1 hour wait time. & the place is full of cooking smell ..you smell like bacon grease for rest of the day. Toilet leaks on floor. Staff are not nice or hospitable ..indifferent at best"

"Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast good as usual. One comment on fitness room: the elliptical handles were covered in duct tape. Functionally, this was okay but appearance-wise it was kind of unprofessional."

"Everything about the hotel was perfect! The AC works perfectly to keep our room cool, the distance to the park for the pickleball tournament was close and easy, the room was spotless, the pool was refreshing, the pickleball court was fun, the continental breakfast was the perfect amount and everyone was always so nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again. "
