The room types that we booked months in advance, 2 bedroom 2 bath, we were told were not available at checkin. They were overbooked and wanted to give us a basic room with 2 beds 1 bath. We only had one issue, first rooms temp was very warm almost hot, the staff came in and switched our room, when we got to the other room it was so much better, but as the night went on the room warmed up enough to wake us up, despite the thermostat at 69.
