The Hotel's shuttle picked us up at the train station. There's not too much within walking distance. We splurged for the delux room with private onsen. It was fun to have a suite with classic Japanese flair ... bamboo floor mats, sliding panel paper doors, etc. Nice view of the lake.

Our stay was great. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. It is remotely located, which was peaceful, but still very convenient to get to the subway, less than a five minute walk. The staff was helpful and courteous. The meal options were somewhat limited - best to eat while out.
