"1. The room was not clean. - Dust on the floor and tables in the room 2. Room service was not available even at 2 PM. 3. Dust had accumulated on the laptop when I returned from going out. 4. Some people came to breakfast wearing pajamas. - lower Hotel level"

"The room did not match the quality of the pictures. The balcony was dirty with paint peeling. The room had been cleaned but did not seem very clean and the room needed to be updated. The lobby was very nice but otherwise the hotel was out of date and not very clean. We left after only one night even though we reserved to stay two. We also reserved for 5 people but upon arrival were told the room was only for 4 people. The views from the room were stunning so it was nice for that. "

"The photos online are quite dated and the hotel is older than it looks. But was clean, reasonably comfortable and friendly staff. The location is a little remote."
