Poor service, foreign hair in the shower, stained towels and bed linens, windows covered with fingerprints and facial smudges, and visible stains on the walls. It was obvious what previous guests did in this room.

방과 화장실이 굉장히 넓고 침구가 깨끗해요. 컵은 깨끗하지 않네요. 욕실에는 샴프린스클렌저바디로션 디스펜서가 있고 일회용칫솔치약은 없어요. 리셉션에서 챙겨왔는지 물어봐주시는데 챙겨와서 따로 비용이 드는지는 모르겠어요. 사우나 바우처 받아서 가봤고 시설 깨끗한데 공용 샴프 등은 없었어요. 조식은 아주 단촐합니다. 대식가는 약간 아쉬울수도요. 만난 모든 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다.

Chambres agréables, propres malgré les serviettes de bain défraîchies.. Personnel accueillant et sympathique, parle anglais pour ceux qui ne parlent pas coréen. À quelques minutes en bus ou taxi de la forteresse et du grand marché de Jinju

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room seemed to be new and the view was nice. We had complementary water in our room. Unfortunately, it was very dirty. We have found trash from the people who lived there before and asked the staff to clean it. It has been removed but not cleaned. It was OK but not very komfortable.

무난합니다.

무난해요. 방의 크기가 꽤 넓은 편이어서 그건 좋았어요. 샤워실에 코너선반이 떨어졌나본데 설치를 안해놓아서 샴푸, 비누를 올려놓고 샤워할 수가 없더군요. 어려운 것도 아니고 꼭 필요한 것이니 하루 속히 선반을 매달아 놓으셔야 겠어요. 기본인데.

아쉬움이 많은 숙소

첫인상은 와 괜찮은데 였어요 방도 크고 테이블.소파. 옷장도 두쪽 선반도 많아 물품을 둘곳도 많고 복도도 넓어서 방음도 잘되는것같고 그런데 그다음부터 눈에 띄는것은 모두 문제더라구요 바닥에 머리카락수북 에어콘은 작동안되고 먼지 잔뜩 끼어있고 금고도 작동안되고.. 복도카펫에 먼지까지 여기는 기본이 청소 많이불량이더라구요 티켓을 주셔서 방문한 사우나는..시설은 아주 좋은것같은데...하수구마다 시꺼먼 물때가 바닥홈엔 누런물때가 가득해서 많이 가본건 아니지만 제가 경험한 사우나중 최악의 청소상태네요 피트니스랑 주차는 제가 간날은 괜찮았고 조식도 많지않지만 괜찮은편이었어요 시설이 좋은편인데 유지에 문제가 있는것같아 많이 아쉽네요

Nao consegui dormir por causa do ar condicionado.

O ar condicionado do quarto é muito ruim. Vento em cima da cama e fica ligando e desligando a noite toda. Fica muito frio ou muito quente. Nao consegui dormir direito por causa disso. Reclamei na recepção, mas nao consertaram. O suporte de toalhas no banheiro esta a quebrado. Hotel muito bom, mas precisa de manutenção.

청결하고 사우나도 좋아요. 무료조식(1인)도 음식종류가 많지눈 않아도, 딱 먹을만한 것들로 알차고 맛있어요. 또 방문하고 싶네요.^^
