"We had a very pleasant 4 days stay at KoKo Ginza hotel. Hotel responded quickly to our pre-arrival questions, the staff was pleasant on arrival, the amenities were great and the room was clean. There are some great shopping options within walking distance and the area has great restaurants. The hotel is clean and well maintained. We were shocked with how small the room was but it is expected of Japan. "
