"Conveniently located, modern, friendly and helpful staff upon arrival, immaculate rooms and facilities...are just a few features of this property. I appreciate that they have a money exchange machine, vending machine for vacuum sealed travel bags, small toiletry items, pantry with ice machine, vending machine, water dispenser, microwave for convenience, and two laundry machines on site. Very accessible for all guest and would definitely stay again."

The biggest plus is the location, very very easy to get to/from both of the airports. And very very close to the heart of Ginza. Great dining options around the area as well. "I stayed a total of 2 weeks here and I am pleased with the service. I traveled using public transportation and walking and it was located near 2 metro lines within 5-10 minutes walking and bus stations. Right outside the hotel is the tsukiji market and you are about 15 -20 minutes walking from the main shopping area in Ginza. The only downside to the hotel was the bed but I noticed that many of the other beds in Japan were also very firm. I was able to sleep well. The hotel is also very quiet only 1 neighboring room was loud one night. Having a washer/dryer in unit was why I chose this hotel so that I could pack less especially in the winter with heavier clothing. It worked great. All instructions were provided in English and the staff also spoke English. The room was also a decent size of 2 travelers with 3 suitcases and backpacks Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it if you are looking for an affordable place. "
