"The room was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. You can also use the onsen in the hotel and the hotel provides all the necessary amenities for the stay. The staff were very helpful and there were english instructions printed to help us understand the check in/check out, onsen usage, etc. The location is more accessible by car but itโs a good spot as a base to visit other areas in the vicinity. Overall, this was one of our best stays this trip!"

"An old school travel hotel with a nice onsen. This was a great jumping off spot to see Lake Mashu observatory, drive down to Sunayu Onsen and dig your own onsen, etc. Staff were friendly, breakfast was traditional Japanese breakfast. Overall, nice and easy stay."

"If you like a place in the middle of nowhere which can provide you privacy and natural environment, this is the place! Itโll take around 12-15mins driving from the nearest town for groceries and local restaurants. Wonderful place for real getaway."
