"The rooms were comfortable, the staff is courteous. They go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. Every time we left and came back they would bring a new little snack to our room. they also put you in a yukata with a big bow when you first arrive. They have delicious sake and herbal tea available in the lobby. The onsen is beautiful. The breakfast is beautiful and like art. Great place to stay. We stayed 2 nights as a couple "

"Lovely room, very well positioned hotel, really great staff, gave us lots of practical help, and very friendly. Best hotel we've stayed in during our 3 week holiday, and others were 4 star!"

"Modern and high tech hotel which is very walkable to everywhere in the town. Using QR code from photo to get into the room is neat. Check out time is earlier at 10am but that's all fine. We're happy with the stay."

"This was one of the largest Japanese hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The space was really valuable. Staff were friendly and helped us to forward our luggage to the next destination. I think we lucked out by getting a room on the second floor - there is only one elevator so we were able to easily use the stairs to get in and out of our room. "

"Room is small but cozy and extremely clean with great sound proofing even though we are above the train tracks we could barely hear trains arriving/leaving
Staff is very welcoming and can communicate efficiently using English
Breakfast is just too fantastic with great choices of local produce and Japan and western cuisine
Bar is nicely decorated and I bet in summer when the glass door could be opened it’d just be so serene
Had chance to use private hot spring room reasonably priced
It has a great location about 3 min walk to train and bus station and only 10-15 min walk to the old street "
"One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff is so nice and helpful and the rooms are great.
