"Condition of the property was poor. We had an Ocean view room, but the balcony was so filthy, and the glass windows were so caked with sand and salt water spray that you could not even look out the windows. Those windows should be cleaned after every guest and they had not been cleaned and I couldn’t tell you when, the view was beautiful from the balcony but you couldn’t even look out the window. Paint peeling off of the ceiling and wallpaper peeling off of the walls. The room definitely needed an update. "

"Kind and courteous staff. And the location is right across from the pier. Perfect location and the rooms/ hotel looks to be upgrading everything. I.e of the feature of their the door locks, with keypads, no hassle having to worry about a key card."

"If you get room 9, the only view you’ll have is a huge sand dune. Lucky me, that’s the room I got. Staff is friendly. Nice updated rooms. Clean rooms. "

"It was nice ocean front..wish the patio was more private..not enough chairs for each room outside..view was amazing..rooms are dated..beds were very comfortable that was a plus..the staff was very nice and very helpful..we did not have hot water the first night..but they fixes it as soon as i Emailed the office.."

"Rooms were really clean. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. Jeanette and the crew went over and beyond ensuring we had everything we needed. The selection rotated each morning with different options... one day was bacon, mini quiche"

"We arrived after hours, and Jim made sure we had what we needed and for our arrival to be seamless as possible. Our room was in excellent condition and super clean and fresh. Our bed was comfortable, seemed brand new and we had no problems! We will definitely stay at the Dolphin Oceanfront again in the future. Thanks again! "
