First ryokan, did not disappoint!

I'd never stayed in a ryokan before, but have always heard what it was like. I can confidently say, after being in this one, that ryokans are an exceptional place to relax. The traditional rooms are spacious, has a great views, and sleeping in a futon on tatami is a classic for a reason! The amenities are very nice too, with two whole building's worth of stuff! A public bath, karaoke, arcade, bowling, an izakaya, etc. Probably the only thing I would like is wifi in the room (it's only otherwise found in the lobby). But other than that, a wonderful experience I am glad to have had!

ロビーの生け花、習字の掲示、美味しい料理も気配りいただいて有り難かったです。 新鮮なイカのお刺身や天ぷらは、港の近くの現地いかないと頂けないものであり、美味しいものをいただいて幸せでした。 今回は、参加できませんでしたがカラオケ、ボーリングもおすすめです。また、次回は、久しぶりにカラオケも楽しみたいと思います。 1人旅でも、安心して宿泊をさせて頂き、ありがとうございました。

金曜日に宿泊しましたが、お部屋が余ってると言われ同じ料金でグレードアップしてくれていました。 出てる写真は大体昔のものなので期待せずに行きましたが、綺麗に整備されていて、清潔感やあり、ご飯なども標準のプランでしてが美味しかったです。 男湯と女湯入れ変わりますが、片方が少し設備的に傷んでましたが、脱衣場も髪の毛をこまめに掃除していて、シャンプーもリンスもボディーソープもよかったです。 アフロに小さいタオルも用意されていてよかった。

昭和の雰囲気を感じさせるホテルでした。外観はさすがに古臭く、おしゃれ度は低めですが、そこがまた味のあるところなのかもしれません。部屋はせっかくの畳部屋なのに、どでかいダブルベットが置いてあるのは少々違和感を感じます。そのためかテレビが非常に見づらくなってしまっています。部屋の位置にもよりますが、大浴場がちょっと遠く感じました。

掃除がいきとどいていて、スタッフの方の対応も良かった。 温泉まで遠い。 夕食のスタッフの方が新人で、新人なのでわかりませんのスタンスで対応されていた。瓦そば、ちゃんこ鍋も火をつけて頂いたけど、説明がなかったので瓦そばは焦げ付くものだと思っていたら他の席の方が『混ぜるように』と言われていたので『えっ』となった。ベテランさんのお酒の説明はとてもわかりやすく、道の駅情報も教えてくれて次の日楽しめた。

湯元温泉最高

家族参加者の中に、方向おんち、が居ましてお風呂から部屋に帰る時に近くのエレベーターに乗車して迷子になりました。出来れば分岐する場所に道案内をひと工夫願います。 夕食時間について、今回17時にチェックインしました。 食事時間が18：00からと19：00からに設定されていて、 中間の18：30を希望しましたが叶えて貰えませんでした。急いでお風呂に入り18：00を少し過ぎてしまいました。
