"Clean rooms excellent staff"

"All The lights in the room were very dim making it hard to see, several holes in the walls in the bathroom & doors, no closet doors on closet, towels & wash cloths very dingy & stained, microwave had no handle on it, hair dye spatter on wall, 3 VERY FLAT pillows on bed, room phone had a huge burn mark on it, bed was made poorly, drip pans for the burners in the kitchenette was wrapped in aluminum foil, screens coming out the windows, knob to open & close windows broken, guy at front desk in the back sleeping which would lead to anyone walking in unknowingly, main door to room almost didn’t close completely, burn marks on all the furniture, lamp shades falling apart, stains & hard spots on the carpet."

"The internet was fast. It was good. The air conditioning and the heating was outstanding. The room was very clean up by the staff. The staff was very friendly and very helpful whenever you needed help.."

"The conditions of the room were disgusting. The tub and sink backed up when using. Mold was throughout the bathtub and also in the fridge. We both woke up with extremely poor breathing and felt sick. The room and hallway smelled like vomit. The pool was not operational (expedia was not aware). PLEASE NOTE: The staff was very understanding and competent"

"Family of 4. Beds were comfy and that is all we really needed. The room did smell smokey/dusty. It was a good location for casino, aquarium. I understand that there was a lot of snow, but sidewalks should be have been much cleaner. Breakfast was fine. Limo ride to casinos I believe were free, so that is awesome for casino goers."

"Clean room. Decor was dated. HVAC was pretty noisy. Bathroom was nice. Staff was very nice. Especially the person making free coffee drinks and the waiter at the restaurant. Breakfast was ok and fair cost "

"The spa was top-notch professional. It had showers and a sauna and a rest room with tea, juice and water. I personally went for a massage which was one of the best I’ve had and i get them regularly. "

"Quick fun overnigt stay with some friends. Staff was friendly and helpful - Jim our shuttle driver was the best - What a great amenity for casino goers. Room was clean and beds comfy - Bonus continental breakfast. All was great. Will stay here again for sure! "
