Don’t let the pictures fool you, this place is like the projects, with several long term residents that looked very sketchy. Dirty, stains everywhere, and pretty sure we heard rodents in the kitchen. We booked a 2 bedroom for 2 nights and didn’t stay 5 minutes. Thankfully they let us cancel and refunded our money. I would not recommend this place unless you just absolutely can’t stay anywhere else.

Excellent! Best kept secret in New Haven. My room was spacious. Lobby was beautiful and had coffee and breakfast. I would stay again, but you must have a car.

It is a great Apartment-hotel and the suites have the right amenities. One critic that I have would be that there would sometimes you could smell the cigarette smoke from other neighbours blowing into the furnace. Public transportation is limited and so it's best to have a car. Staff is super helpful and accommodating.

Excellent Stay

Very welcoming staff, suite was very comfortable and clean but the suite we stayed in does need some refreshing. It is easy to look beyond some minor wear and tear for the price and the fact that it is in a quiet and safe location. Having a full kitchen is a rare find and especially at this price. We would stay here again should we be in the area without hesitation!

New owner. Canceled my free breakfast without notice. Not well kept. This place has longterm renters which changes everything. The first morning the neighbors pit bull / rot tried to attack me at my door. That occupant is in 924. Disappointed. Have stayed there before.

Convenient location with easy parking, great kitchen! The negatives include: Carpet is very dirty and old, bathroom is very small, the door paint is peeling, looking very bad!
