"Staff was polite and approachable. Enjoyed the stay. Would definitely recommend to others. But i think the management needs some minor improvements. For example as a guest i have the right of infirmation about extra charges that are clearly written or explained before checkin. A small piece of paper or information slip with all details clearly mentioned would be helpful. We got the extra cot only after i called the service at 11pm. I had however paid for the cot at the time of checkin. A little...

"We chose this hotel as we needed to catch an early Flybus to Bengaluru Airport from the bus station across the road. It is also convenient for siteseeing and a short walk to the Palace. Reception efficient and upgraded our room when we complained of a smell in our bathroom. We found the jungle themed decor in the restaurants unpleasant. Breakfast choices quite good. No umbrellas and no shade for sun beds at the pool."

"Everything about the hotel-the room, the ambience, the surrounding area and staff were great! The Zest retaurant in the hotel is one of the very best! Ravi, my server with a smiling face provided exceptional service to get me Alu Palak and Tandoori roti which is my favorite! The next day I had the buffet which had such a great variety and every dish was so tasty. Kudos to the chef and his team! "

But all other matters are a failure : -very noisy as directly on busy road with poor isolating windows -no wifi in room ( I received stronger signals from around hotels ) and Ihad to seat in stairs or at reception -no light over the bed to read once in bed "
