The stay was very unpleasant and the room had not been dusted at all. Water was leaking from the tap as well as the shower drain area which made the bathroom wet. Entire staff was super busy but no attempt was made to address our concerns. Exorbitantly priced and completely no value for money. Would never recommend this property to anyone. Much better to book a home stay or small hotel which offers personalized service at much better cost. The booking made via Expedia showed different conditions to what the front desk office at the hotel said. It was very confusing. Would not stay here again.

Not the best experience, but not bad
Had booked business class hotel. This has a separate check-in on the 4th floor and you need to be escorted there. I waited around 10 minutes for someone to take me up there. Weirdly check-out cannot be done there so it's very confusing. The first night there was no water in the sink or shower. Next morning rusty water came out for a bit and then it started working. Overall not so great. In-room dining however was quick, good, and inexpensive. Breakfast is fairly good. Great location.
