"I would give a better rating but our experience with a deeply stained mattress and how it was handled was poor. Upon arrive I pulled back the covers on the bed as I always do. I could see through the sheet that the mattress had a stain. I lifted the sheet and the mattress had several dark orange stains that were quite large. the mattress cover didn't fit the mattress, and the stains could be seen easily though the sheet. "The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The rooms did not keep out the noise and a family with children were placed right next door to us for a few days. I understand having a family with children but the hotel was almost completely empty during those days and it seemed like all the rooms that did have people in them were all together. "This motel has recently been completely redone so it’s literally like brand new. The room was large with a small kitchenette, a large bathroom with plenty of counter space. Just across the highway is old town with multiple restaurants including one with a coffee shop that opens at 6am and serves great coffee with an array of breakfast options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and I wish we could have spent another night but time wouldn’t allow. A gem of a place!"

"So I paid a little extra for a room with a “view” in reality it’s just a view of the chevron across the street. The free breakfast is actually down the road at the Bandon Inn so it’s definitely not convenient. Ice machine was broken. The only chair on the “patio” was full of mold."

Upon arrival and showing my Expedia Booking and proper Identification, I was told by the young man at the counter that "we do not accept online payments, all payments must be made in person". "Inside the room was brand new everything. So even though it's an older motel, once you're in the room, the decor was actually quite lovely - the little touches like the dresser and toilet paper holder, the quality of the shower curtain - all really good quality. Loved the kitchenette. Parking spots were a little tight length-wise for our truck. There was a step to get into our room."

"This is an incredible place, perfect location and beautiful unit. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and very clean. My only complaint would be the internet and tv. The TV would be disconnected from the WiFi every 10 minutes or so, and the TV was very old and therefore slow. Will definitely stay here again!"
