Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, bekamen stattdessen ein kleines dunkles Zimmer neben der Abstellkammer mit Blick auf einen Sichtschutz. Es gab weder einen Föhn, noch wurde unser gereinigt - erst bei ständiger Nachfrage. Wir hatten Kakerlaken im Badezimmer.

Super séjour

Hotel très bien situé. Dans la partie luxueuse de mykonos. Cadre très calme et confortable avec vue sur piscine et mer. La plage est a 1min a pied. Le cadre est sympa, le personnel est très acceuillant et arrangeant. Ils nous en permis de rester la journee entiere (vol a minuit) gratuitement tout en gardant la chambre. Par contre le petit dejeuner on a du leur dire ce qui nous plaisait pour en avoir un bon.

Wunderschöne Zimmer - konnte mir mein Zimmer sogar auswählen!!! Große Terrasse für mich allein - und ein riesiges Badezimmer. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, liebevoll und doch reduziert. Der Pool war super - man hatte ihn meist für sich alleine ... Die Gastgeber und die Housekeeperin waren sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage ist top - und ruhig. Der Bus in die Stadt und zu den Stränden ist eine Minute entfernt. Strände kann man auch zu Fuß erreichen.

気さくなオーナーさんが色々世話してくれて最高でした！場所が少しわかりづらいので英語が話せない日本人には厳しいかな？ 施設の看板とかはないのでグーグルマップ頼りで行きましょう！ビーチバー駐車場迎えに2台くらい車停めるスペースが入り口です。

Great place!

Place is absolutely amazing! Everything sparkling clean, Anna and the staff are friendly, nice breakfast and delicious pool! Cool region to stay in Mykonos also. Buses stops at the door and the beach nearby is fantastic! Will definitely come back!!

Lovely views in a quieter corner of a busy island

Great location, friendly staff and a perfect view from the pool. The One Mykonos is in a quieter corner of Mykonos (we found the island very busy in August). Christianos and the rest of the staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a lovely pool with a view right outside our door and the kids had such a good time playing in the pool and on the nearby beach. Also a bus stop right outside for getting around the island.

no kitchen area as specified on the booking and also there is no Wi-Fi in or out of the property. The breakfast serves bread butter and eggs! The manager/owner very aggressive. All the staff at he property wouldn't speak to me, however i see them speaking the little english they could with other guest. I found the property very cold, and it definitely not suitable for a black family cause i found that to be one of the problem. Someone knocked at the door telling me I had 30mins to vacate my room. hotel.com wasn't helpful at all i called them on a few occasions telling them i feared for the safety of my children they didn't try to help, even the manager i spoke with told me she was going to hang up the phone even after i made clear that the safety of my children was a threatened she hung up the phone didn't phone me back. the following day i called back at some point i was on the phone for 55 minutes for an hour 30 minutes, i was being passed around, havong to explain the issues i was facing again and again, and them tellig me that they didnt knew what to do and i had to repeat everything again because the department's i was being passing me to wasn't relevant to the issue eventually they put the phone down and i gave up and that's how the whole of my trip was worrying by hotel.com this wasn't fair because my i paid my

They had no rooms at all and they gave us other rooms very far to a poor villa. With the Expedia site we could not communicate at all, but the money on accommodation was taken. The Mykonos hotel was sent out and our vacation was ruined. it was necessary to rent a car because the accommodation was at a villa located at elia beach 15 km away.Expedia is not fair and you cannot communicate with customers. I will post on all communication networks, instagram facebook, I will announce my worldwide experience with the site EXPEDIA because DESTROY OUR HOLYDAY .

The property was lovely, clean and cute in its own way. We had a lovely View from the balcony, where you could see the sea as well as the communal pool. The hotel isint over-flooded with guests so you almost feel like you have a private pool. The hotel is in a quiet part of the island in comparison to Mykonos city-which is something I loved about this place. It was a 5 minute walk to the most beautiful beach Agios Ionis. You can also catch the most beautiful sunsets there. There are some quirky restaurants about 5-10 min walk from the hotel with delicious food. The people who look after the property and us were lovely and catered to our every need. The only negative I guess is you have to go out to the shops for food and drink if you want anything in the hotel. The shops a 5min walk so not the worst thing specially if you’ll be wanting to go out for lunch and dinner but overall a lovely cute hotel where I enjoyed my stay for 5 nights. Definitely would recommend :)

Worst experience e v e r !! Stay Away!!

I would like to warn everyone from booking this place. We had an unbelievably bad experience with them. They completely ruined our vacation in Mykonos and no one should go through what we went through because of them. We booked and payed for 2 rooms well in advanced and when we got there we were told that they can not check us in, reason being that previous guests got drunk and trashed 3 of their rooms, 2 of which were meant to accommodate us. The person who told us this said that they will get us rooms in another hotel. After a wait of about 30 minutes , he got into his car and told us to follow him to the new hotel. The new hotel was 30 minutes drive from there and extremely far from Mykonos town, but it was already dark and we just wanted to check in and relax so we excepted. Next morning we were told by reception of the new hotel that "the one" only paid for one night of our stay (instead of 4 nights we booked with them) and that if they don't come immediately to settle this we will have to check out. Needless to say this caused additional stress to us, calling "the one" and worrying and another day was ruined. "The One" rep came and payed at the last minute, but he payed for only two nights, promising us that he will come back to pay for the rest of our stay. Of course he didn't, the new hotel became fully booked and because our rooms were not payed for the entire stay we had to check out and MOVE AGAIN for the last night, ruining yet another day. stay away!!

Be carefull: this hotel is not credible !

I am typically giving a 7 to 10 rate for hotels that I am staying at, but this hotel is not worth any rate ... Before anything: be carefull - this hotel is having numerous offers of different rooms (or villas) that are NOT at all what is sold in term of features (at very high prices !) We are a family of four and had reserved a "presidential suite" including an isolated double bed bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, TV plasma satellite, kitchen with oven, washing machine, etc. all we got was a single room with four beds !!! We asked the employees: no one could respond. Why ? because the owner, Kostas, who manages the website, is NOT at the hotel and very difficult to communicate with... he called me once I was in the plane on the way back ... too late ! To show how this hotel is not credible : try to look at their phone number to call them: +30 2289 040028 if you look on their website and though Expedia. Well, that number is out of service and you will get a message saying that this number do not exist ... Finally, in this single room, you get insects: we killed numerous mosquitos and cockroaches ... All of that for 275€ per night, great !!! Anyway, my advice: avoid this hotel because you won't get half of what you pay for ! This hotel is typical of those enjoying the popularity of Mikonos to get you in the tourist trap ...

We had a terrible accomodation in this hotel. They told us that we do not have a room and sent us somewhere with no food transport and no way of communication. The only good about this hotel is Mr Kristiano who is helpful but the manager is unprofessional and do not care at all with customer’s complaint.

O proprietário quis colocar putras pessoas na mesma casa onde estávamos sem avisar. Achei desonesto. Prejudicou muito nossa experiência... os outros hóspedes fumavam e bebiam muito e nós com crianças. Foi uma luta conseguir tirá-los de lá. Nota zero pela malandragem. Pena pq o lugar é lindo.

To get to the place was a nightmare The phone no in file is wrong and so Is the address. By asking around no one knew the name of the place. The location and the views are excellent. The rooms need more shelves for cloth. Phones to contact those in charge in case of problems like electricity outage. The only thing that made me overcome all the above was the assistance and friendliness of the staff who worked v hard to make us happy.

Wonderful family vacation

We stayed in a beautiful 4 bedroom villa with our family (parents, children and grandmother). The villa was lovely, with many comfortable spots to relax. We ate outdoors on our terrace most evenings, enjoying the breathtaking view of the water and the island. I cannot imagine a more beautiful spot to spend an evening. The hosts stocked the kitchen with essentials for our arrival (water, juice, eggs, milk, bread, cheese, coffee, tea, etc.), which was a wonderful surprise. There is a small market close by and a super market about a mile away. There is a good bus system on Mykonos, with a bus stop at the bottom of the hill. This was a wonderful relaxing vacation spot. We were close enough to Ornos Beach and Hora (the main town) if we wanted to visit, but we mostly enjoyed the peaceful beauty, beach and pool at our villa.
