"The hotel was awsome. Meet above my expectations. Room service was great, you wanted something and just in few minutes it was at your door. Breakfast was good and location great. Just the room size: basic room was very small so I would expenses few hundreds more to get the bigger room. Bar had so much variety on the drinks. Oveall shout out to all staff for their professionalism and awsome job. Overall superb place and highly recommended. "

"This was a perfect location, right near the train station yet walkable to all places all over the city. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was Amazing with a wide variety of choices… great way to start the day. It was super clean and a place i would highly recommended. "

"Amazing place! Close to the train station and within walking distance to all the landmarks. We came to the hotel a few hours before check in and the amazing staff stored our luggage and let us sit and enjoy coffee on their patio outside. Would definitely recommend."

"Not impressed. Traveling from the US and was exhausted and got no sleep at this hotel as the walls were paper thin. Had to call the front desk 5 times in the middle of the night to get help getting the people next door to shut their blaring tv off so I could sleep and was brushed off and dealt with rudeness. I do not recommend if you like sleeping. "

"Perfectly situated for walkable Florence, and the attendant. Aldo, was fantastic - he even took pity of these tired travelers and carried our backpacks up and down the three flights of stairs! The location was well marked, tho sort of a rabbit warren of a neighborhood which only added to the charm. The space itself was clean, well organized and efficient. Oh and they kept our bags post-checkout which allowed us several hours of easy adventuring before our departure. Florence is a fabulous walkable city and this property is in the middle of everything. I’m happy to recommend it to fellow travelers! "
