"Overall 3.5/5 The room was clean and quite spacious, although the bed nook was a bit awkward to get in and out of. It is in a decent part of town (north end) with lots of cute cafe’s near by without the hype of ‘downtown’. The feel is very much like an Airbnb. Access to the property was easy. There is no staff per-se and check in is all digital. Easy to navigate and well communicated. There is, at the time of this review, no long term parking on the street. "The location is central to the harbour, close to food vendors as well as 2 restaurants. The property is quite clean. Our room did not get serviced over the 4 days we were there. The staff were all friendly and quite helpful. There is a patio garden as well as the rooftop view of the harbour. This is our second stay at this hotel."

"We checked in very late, close to midnight due to our flight, and received a less than warm reception. But after that, everything was great. Breakfast was good and had enough variety. Staff were friendly and helpful when we needed more towels and shampoo. And everything was clean and comfortable. One thing, though. I of course told them that bathroom was dirty and they came to clean next day But had to repeatedly tell them to clean room and sweep..breakfast was not buffet no drinks offered or fruit just bacon eggs and did not have pancakes as menu offered room was in a bad state dirty dusty old scuffed up and stained furniture..walls dirty and scratched need painting..really bad very dissapointed with expedia that you would rate this...
