Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Marta hieß uns herzlich willkommen, zeigte uns alles und informierte uns. "We had a lovely stay. Comfortable room, fantastic breakfasts, and friendly staff. The pool bar was great - only thing which could have made it better is if the pool was open slightly later in the evenings. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner, as the vegetarian options didn’t look particularly appealing, but plenty of alternatives nearby!"

"Lovely quiet location in Bardolino & only 5 min walk into the town. Hotel was a small Italian run, friendly and helpful . Nothing was too much trouble . Would definitely recommend to people thinking of staying in Bardolino . Thank you for an enjoyable stay & to all the hard working staff. "

"Das Hotel ist etwas älter aber trotzdem, sehr sauber und die Zimmer schön eingerichtet! Das einzige der Druck von der Duschbrause war sehr schwach, es war fast unmöglich lange Haare zu waschen. Die Auswahl der Speisen war gut, aber es fehlten pflanzliche Milch Alternativen, heutzutage ist es nichts mehr besonderes und zähl zum Standard! Erst als ich nachfragt habe wurde mir eine Hafermilch gebracht. Ein Tipp: weniger süßkramm und dafür mehr Gemüse, nur Tomaten zum Frühstück ist einfach zu wenig...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The room itself was good in terms of size and amenities but the furnishings were either not to our taste or slightly dated. The bathroom perfectly clean. The balcony wasn't quite as clean which was a pity as it had excellent views of the lake.
