"Perfect location. Shops and dining options within steps of the front door. My only critique is that there was only one hanger and paper towels would have been nice. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay."

"It’s a magical hotel to stay at during the winter holidays. The decorations are dreamy. Our room view on the 18th floor was stunning. The customer service was excellent. Our 3 years old enjoyed the treasure hunt throughout the castle. We were just very disappointed with the Holiday Brunch, for the same price or less we’ve had much more lavish brunches at the Renoir at Sofitel Montreal and at the Casino of Montreal. Overall it was a great family experience. "
"Unique boutique experience. If you're seeking history combined with unusual comfort, Le Manoir is definitely one to try. Within the fort walls, location is near to all attractions - boutique shopping, cafes, a few small markets, and the river for views, tobogganing and all the sites. Breakfast was traditional, but fresh and satisfying. Staff is beyond helpful."
"Excellent stay and location!!!! The bonus is the wonderful restaurant downstairs. Room service was great. Room was clean. There is a bit of noise at night but hotel is old. Great communication throughout our stay. Would highly recommend. A++++"
"We got the best, biggest suite on the 6th floor with a city view. It was super handy to walk everywhere, like 3-10 minutes tops, from the Alle' to the lower city. The staff were nice, and the whole hotel was spotless. The kids loved the pool, and having a bar and restaurant right there was awesome. We'd totally book again!"
