"This hotel is beautiful by the pool and golf course. The first floor was beautiful, clean and well kept, however they put us on the fourth floor, maybe because we bought through Expedia but that floor was dirty, smelled bad, old and not well kept. The tub clogged and filled up while showering, the AC did not work and the TV had the worst signal, kept freezing. Staff is great and service was great, since we only stayed one night we dealt with the issues instead of complaining but good for people...

"To begin the first key we got wasn’t working. We had to go back to lobby to get a new key once we get the key they give us a room they was dirty or occupied on bed wasn’t maid towels on the table bad experience, when we got our room bed was uncomfortable, I will never go back to this hotel"

"I adore Terra Palm Springs. My husband and I spent 3 nights here on our babymoon, and the whole experience was perfect. The hotel is clean and well appointed. The staff, like Jake & John are always so helpful. I had a wonderful prenatal massage done at the hotel by the kindest masseuse. Can't wait to go back!"

"Staff were very friendly and happy to help. They do serve a nice breakfast and coffee. The croissants are delicious. The room was spotless. There was an area for my pup just outside the back of our room for him to potty. The pool area was beautifully landscaped, well maintained and very clean. Plenty of loungers and pups are welcome as well. We enjoyed our stay very much and will book again."

"This hotel was a lot of fun! It was clean and unusually decorated with an art deco design! It kind of blew us away and was not what we were expecting. Lots of fun and the owners were great! It’s very low-key which we liked as well. What a lovely surprise! We highly recommended it, especially if you are looking for a cool Palm Springs vibe!"

"Loved the location. The hotel was so conveniently located that we parked the car and left it there for the few days we were there. The parking lot was a huge plus. There were so many helpful employees there and the breakfast boxes were wonderful. We hope to return next year and most likely to the same hotel. It was very relaxing!"
