"Serviceable room, there are sign of wear and tear. No shampoo/conditioner but everything else was great."

"Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Everything else no complaints whatsoever."

"AC was good and staff were nice. Beds had clean sheets. Very outdated. The toilet had rust stains. Dead bugs around the room and window. Really felt like a motel. Definitely did not seem like a 3 star hotel."

"The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. What...
