"Very nice historic building. Renewable and comfortable. We didn’t get breakfast because it wasn’t available until after 830 am and we had an earlier flight. Also the coffee service was nice but for those who like cream it was a little lacking as there was none provided. The minibar was fun and unique with great treats and Maine made items. The gym at the sister hotel was fantastic but not available for early morning workout but over all a nice stay. Really ideal for a laidback traveler"

"This is an old historic property so there are going to be signs of it's age--but overall it was in good condition. My biggest concerns with the property were the cramped parking available behind the hotel, the very cramped bathroom in my room and the lack of places to plug in electronics. I had to move the mattress on the bed to access an outlet and unplug something so I could plug in my electronics. The room was clean and smelled good but the towel rack was hanging 1/2 off the wall, which we told them about when we went sightseeing. When we came back it was totally removed, not fixed. We went to Breakfast at 8:00. Breakfast was scant. Coffee was empty. Waffle batter empty, one of the creamers (the one I like) was empty, only one kind of fresh fruit offered and the trash was overflowing and never was touched, even later when we...

"The bed was nice and comfortable and the room was clean. The toliet was so low. Very hard to get up from it. The breakfast was fair. No eggs and French toast was dry. We have had better breakfasts at other Quality Inns."

"Such a great, different, non-hotel feeling option to stumble upon when I was in Portland, Maine. GREAT location. Feels much more boutique hotel like, quaint, way more appeal than a big "chain" hotel. I would want to book for more than a week to be able to use kitchen and flexibility of apartment-like feel."
