"Such a great, different, non-hotel feeling option to stumble upon when I was in Portland, Maine. GREAT location. Feels much more boutique hotel like, quaint, way more appeal than a big "chain" hotel. I would want to book for more than a week to be able to use kitchen and flexibility of apartment-like feel."

Unfortunately many negatives.They offer what they call is a “kitchen” on every floor- coffee maker did not work and the ice machine did not work- spoke to an associate and was told coffee machine has been out for over 2 months and ice machine was probably a few years. They mentioned that I could go down to the floor below for coffee and the only available ice was downstairs main lobby closet. Was to get...

"Location is good. Rooms are nice, modern, very clean. Breakfast was not great and monotonous for a 3 day stay. The staff over communicated in my opinion by text which some people might feel is good, but I found a bit fatiguing."

"The 3:00 check in time was delayed until 4:40 due to, “rooms not cleaned due to being short staffed.” This is not a huge surprise but the staff was repeatedly rude while communicating this. Most of the front desk and restaurant staff were rude for the first three days of our stay. The hotel looked run-down and the room I stayed in smelled musty. I would not recommend this hotel."

"This property was close to the airport, restaurants, bars, and harbour. It was within walking distance to everything in downtown Portland. The hotel staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast buffet was provided and had numerous items to choose from. The room itself was a suite and had a sitting area, and kitchen. The hotel also provided an airport shuttle, which was extremely convenient and staffed by friendly and knowledgeable drivers. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"
