"The room faced the Main Street and at 4 am trucks and trolleys are so noisy that it is impossible to sleep. There should be a warning on this room. The food in the restaurant was terrible as well. The shower was incredibly slippery."

"Great place to spend a night for exploring Mont Saint Michel. The parking instructions were a little confusing for us so we ended up double paying when we first went to the shuttles, and then went to check at the hotel. The only downside is the lack of AC — this is normal all throughout France but heatwaves are becoming commonplace and it can make for difficult sleeping."

Nos encantó. Todo excelente. Incluso nos guardaron el equipaje unas horas después de hacer el check out. Todo el personal maravilloso. 100% recomendable."

"First of all the hotel should provide a "hotel-run" shuttle dedicated to guests from the parking lot directly to the Mont's entrance. Even with minimal luggage, it was incredibly inconvenient to walk from the bus drop-off to the Gate and then on the cobblestone street up to the hotel !! Secondly, to access our reserved room, we had to go through a maze of stairs, outside on the rampart, through some room being repaired & then again down some more stairs.... For a so-called "high-class" hotel,...

"Was not the experience I expected but it was in the heart of Mont Saint Michel so that was the experience. Worth the overnight experience, but one night is enough."

"Accommodation is in little semi detached cottages in the gardens, which is very charming Bed very comfortable, breakfast very good and evening meal fine Only downside was having to use a tablet to read the restaurant carte. Fine for those aged 15 and under but at my age these things get difficult Heater in the bathroom was a bit rusty, which took the edge off a gorgeously refurbished hotel We shall visit again,now that I know to head for Pontabault rather than Val St Pere"
