"Clean rooms, ok breakfast "

"Carpet in our room needed to be cleaned as there were big stains. Carpet in hallways also looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. Tiles/flooring in elevators were severely cracked and needed to be replaced. Also upon arrival, entering the lobby to check in, it was very warm. You could tell there was no air conditioning in that area, perhaps it was broken or hotel trying to save money but temp levels were warmer than outdoors "

"The room was clean and staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only complaints I have is the a/c wasn’t very cool in our room, we didn’t have any hand soap, just lotion (I packed some though), and the beds were not very comfortable. The pillows were shapeless and way too soft, and the bed was maybe a little too firm. Just not comfy for us. "

"This was a great place to stay for us. Very clean and courteous staff. Definitely will stay here from now on when I’m in Bham to visit my family. "

"The bathroom shower grout has a lot of black mold. The shower also sprays everywhere and floods the bathroom if you aren’t super careful. It’s clearly been a problem because the door frame next to the shower is completely falling apart. Everything was about the stay was okay, it all seemed cleaned. Definitely looked like the rooms needed to be upgraded soon, but everything was still in fine condition. "

"Rundown Hotel. In need of major repairs and remodel. The pool heater does not work. The bathroom has multiple holes in the wall. Town racks are pulled out of the wall. The bathroom door handle was broken and hanging. One and a half stars at best.."

"This is the first time I have ever left a negative review on anything. However, it is warranted. We had issues with the air and the lights. There was apparently a short in the bathroom light fixture. It would not work most of the time. Also, my son slipped and fell in the shower. It was extremely slippery with no slip-resistant adhesives to prevent sliding. When we asked to file an accident report, they could not find the official paperwork and asked us to write down our information on a random...

"The phones at the Hotel did not work the day we arrived or the day we left. To get from the airport to the Hotel I had to call an Uber to take us to the Hotel as I could not contact the Hotel by Phone . It was cold and windy we waited outside for their shuttle to come by but gave up on it. The morning we left there was no one at the front desk until the shuttle driver came back from delivery and he took us to the airport."

"It worked for a 1 night stay. A/c never got really cold and commode was stopped up when we got there and took an hour and 2 phone calls to get a plunger to fix it myself. Room was fine but nothing special. Bed was comfortable though."
