"The best part of this hotel is its staff. They were all very helpful and just delightful. It's not a modern hotel but is very charming. Plenty of great restaurants within walking distance and shopping a 15 minute walk away. We loved this place and would stay here again. "

"We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise. Everything about this hotel (location, food, room, area, staff) was great with one glaring exception (which we reported). The hostess in the 6th floor restaurant was rude on multiple occasions. She did not fit in with the rest of the lovely staff. We reported this (several people in our party noticed her attitude on multiple occasions) This aside, our stay was lovely and we recommend"

"Spent one night here after visiting the Southampton Boat Show, perfect location and a short walk to the show entrance as well as to the high street. The double room was immaculate and modern. The bathroom was immaculate too with a large walk in shower and had thick fluffy towels. The room has tea/coffee facilities, bottled water and biscuits too. TV in the wall was clear. "Hôtel idéalement placé pour rejoindre le terminal Horizon. L’hôtel se trouve a pied à 5min de la gare de Southampton et 10min du terminal Horizon. Accueil rapide. Chambre propre et très spacieuse. "Akshae was wonderful at check-in. V friendly and helpful. The second chap sorry i don't know his name was excellent when the room wouldn't open. No hair dryer or plug sockets nr the bed. Sheets just lie on the bed. Not fitted. Team lovely. Location great. Tried to call 3 times before stay but no pick up or ability to leave a call back message. "

"The woman managing the place was very kind and helpful. She gave us tips for walking around the area and finding restaurants. When we had a little trouble with transportation for our cruise, she contacted a local taxi company who was there in 5 minutes. It made our day much less stressful. Thank you very much! "
